April Teasers
What are April teasers? Hmmm, I'm not really sure. It might be too early to start cooking 'spring' food but as the weather warms up and the plants start slowly growing, it makes me think of lighter dishes. Soon we should have home grown lettuce and other delicate veggies from the garden. We will start moving toward more veggies and lighter meat and fish dishes in the hopes that we can all fit into out bathing suits come summer :-). Look for some gnocchi with spring veggies, some light chicken broths with a host of veggies and maybe some baby artichokes. Maybe it is time to have some roasted lamb and soon wild salmon will be in season. If you have any suggestions or favorite dishes that you would like us to make. Please feel free to call or email.
