Chilled Spring Pea Soup Onions, leeks, golden potatoes, vegetable stock, mint and lots of peas make for a slightly sweet and wonderfully refreshing soup. Makes a lovely starter or just have soup, salad and some hearty whole-grain bread for a healthy and light meal $12 per quart (Serves 2-4) Vietnamese Noodle Salad This zesty noodle salad is one of our favorite meals during the summer months. BIG flavors keep me smiling until the last bite. Crunchy sliced romaine lettuce, rice noodle vermicelli, stir-fried mixed veggies and your choice of protein, or don't add protein for a vegetarian treat, all lightly dressed with hot and sweet nuoc mam sauce. Addictive! $8 per portion Add smokey pork $6 Add spicey Thai shrimp $7 Add Thai-basil chicken $5 Romano Cheese Gnocchi Pomodoro Russet potato, Italian parsley and Romano cheese gnocchi in a garlic and olive oil scented fresh tomato sauce with a spoon of fresh oregano scented ricotta cheese. Simple and sublime. Sprinkle some freshly grated Pecorino Romano cheese over these babies and enjoy! $13 per portion Alaskan Halibut Minestrone Lightly sauteed fresh Alaskan Halibut in a light fish fumet (broth) with a brunoise (very fine dice) of shallot, celery root, zucchini, and leek with a garlic, basil and extra-virgin olive oil scented tomato sauce. The fish will be served with sauteed garlic spinach and shallot risotto. This light and healthy preparation will make you feel great. $22 per portion Ice Creams And Sorbets Here is a list of available home-made ice cream and sorbet flavors. Ice creams are made with milk, cream, eggs to make Creme Anglaise before freezing. They have a higher fat content and a smooth texture. Sorbets have no dairy and no fat. They have a less silky texture but have nice, tangy and refreshing flavors. Use them in other desserts or in blended drinks. Yummy.

Light Summer Fare
As the weather heats up, we will be lightening up the food and, frankly, we are very fond of entree salads. This is a good time for you to make the salad and we can provide the protein or garnish. Look for more proteins off the grill or emerging from the smoker.
