This very popular dish used to be made with seabass before there was a ban on buying seabass. The dish is named after my dad who was 'floored' by the cost and size of a piece fish I brought home one day (he was paying for it). It was the first time I made this dish. $22 per portion Linguine Bolognese Ground beef, onions, garlic and red wine and fresh linguine dominate this dish.
